SPGW Seal for hydraulic Piston

Features:

ZDPGW is a two-way heavy-duty piston seal, consisting of a PTFE + bronze ring, a nitrile rubber preload sealing ring and two thermoplastic support rings, used for piston sealing of hydraulic cylinders.

Material:

-- The wear ring is made of PTFE bronze composite material;

-- The elastomer is nitrile rubber NBR and fluorine rubber FKM;

-- The back up ring material is POM.

Medium:

-- Mineral-based hydraulic oil,

-- biodegradable hydraulic oil,

-- flame retardant fluid (HFA, HFB),

-- water.

Working conditions:

Work Pressure： ≤50MPa  

Running Speed： ≤ 1.5m/s

Working temperature： -35℃~+110℃
